This new porch and patio extend the living space into the rear yard during nice weather.  Constructed of AZEK trim boards this porch will be maintenance free for many years.

An extensive flagstone patio was added around the new porch to connect the new screened porch to the back yard.  The patio is set at ground level and is constructed with Pennsylvania blue stone on a crushed stone base.
